We all have a nephew, a cousin, a sibling or a friend who wants to redo their resume.

So, personally, this happens to me on average every 2 years. And every 2 years, it's the same old story: open Figma (or Photoshop back in the day), scroll through the 250 billion (ugly) designs that exist on the web, choose the least awful one and start designing something decent for my friend.

It's long, it's tedious, it's not "profitable" and in the end the result isn't necessarily up to what I wanted.

So... every time, I tell myself... why don't I make an app to solve this problem? With real templates, with clean and elegant designs, as we like them, and foolproof ease of use.

Of course, there are already tons of them on the Internet, but let's face it, in terms of design, most are so 1992. Not to mention the famous "make your resume for free", which often turns into: "You've configured everything, your resume is ready? Well, pay $15 to print it in PDF now please!"

Yeah, we've all been fooled at least once...

So since you're never better served than by yourself, I told myself it was time to roll up my sleeves and develop it.

I present to you Jolicv (yes I'm also a name designer haha).

Yet another app for making resumes, but with the promise of offering quality templates! And for cheap too!

There are still plenty of improvements, features and templates to add, but it's with pride that I present the app in its version 1.0.
