These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Jolicv (“we”, “our”, “us”) and its online services (“Services”), accessible via our website at https://www.jolicv.app (“Website”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser are compatible with the Services. We are not responsible for any inability to access the Services due to technical incompatibility.

To access the Services, you must create an account (“Account”) using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us without delay.

3. The Services

Jolicv provides tools to create, edit, and export resumes and related documents for personal and professional use.

Access to certain features requires payment of applicable fees (“Fees”). Once payment is completed, you are granted access in accordance with these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security measures;
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform;
  • Resell or provide access to the Services to third parties;
  • Use the Services in an unlawful or abusive manner.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services in case of misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. Such interruptions do not give rise to any compensation, except where required by law.

4. User Content

You may create and upload content such as resumes and cover letters (“Your Content”). We do not monitor or modify Your Content.

You retain full ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. This license ends when your Account is deleted.

You confirm that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you are solely responsible for it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information;
  • Distribute malware or malicious code;
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees applicable to paid features are displayed on the Website. Payments are made as a one-time payment at the time of purchase.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is successfully completed.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website and Services, including templates, designs, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

You may use exported documents for personal and professional purposes. You may not reuse or redistribute our templates or designs as standalone products.

8. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that use of the Services will result in employment or interviews. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, except where prohibited by law.

10. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing access to digital content and using the Services immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately. Where applicable, you expressly agree to waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms or legal obligations. You may delete your Account at any time.

12. Final Provisions

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
